The Madison Museum of Contemporary Art (MMoCA) Gallery Night is a community-wide celebration of the arts as Studios, galleries, boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and other local organizations or businesses showcase artwork from 5 – 9 p.m., Friday, Nov. 7.

The evening is packed with performances, receptions, artist talks, art-making demonstrations, and live music across the greater Madison area.

The Cozy Home (6801 University Ave)

The Cozy Home is proud to host local artist Sara Meredith, an interdisciplinary artist displaying original works and offering wood block printing of her own designs on provided materials for guests to take home! Refreshments, Artist Talk/Demo 

John/Christine Designs (1835 Parmenter St.)

Along with our custom design jewelry collection, we will feature the artwork of Lori McLaughlin. Her abstract paintings conjure otherworldly places and yet-to-be explored spaces. Refreshments, Artist Talk/Demo 

The Regal Find (1834 Parmenter St.)

Dan Karras is an artist who specializes in the graphite and charcoal mediums to highlight the unique characteristics of an object through shadows and intricate detail. At 7-8PM Steve Tomasko will read select poems from the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets’ 2026 Calendar, a publication with a nearing 40 years of publication. Gail Hutchinson, a Madison artist who creates in multiple mediums, will feature her intricate beaded jewelry. Refreshments, Artist Talk/Demo

Preview of the GSAFE 2025 Quilt & Fiber Art Auction “When we create, we resist”. Online auction will take place November 25 through December 2. Refreshments

Grape Water Wine Bar (7466 Hubbard Ave.)

Karen Juno paints wildlife, landscapes, pet portraits and abstracts in watercolor and acrylics. Steve Gant: Introduced to the wheel in 1974. I returned after 40 years during COVID, reigniting a passion first shaped through teaching and receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree from UW Madison. Refreshments
